November 2004, LabourWare woos CUPE Local 4000
On November 9th, 2004, members of CUPE
Local 4000 will be voting on starting a working relationship
with LabourWare. Local Executives have approved, and
are now recommending to their members, the implementation of
the GrievanceWare grievance management system by LabourWare.
Executives were impressed with the functionality and ease of
use of the system.
CUPE Local 4000 - the Ottawa Hospital
Union, represents more than 3200 workers at five hospitals
in the Ottawa area. They hope to streamline their
Grievance procedures, improve their results and reduce or
eliminate all missed deadlines by using GrievanceWare.
October 2004, the Canadian Staff Union (CSU) chooses
LabourWare
The CSU chose LabourWare Content
Managed System for their web site. The CMS is
fully bilingual, with workflow that ensures both English
and French pages are published at the same time.
It has a public area, and are for the Executive and
another section for the membership. There are
several forums (message boards), News & Events, and most
of all it is extremely easy to use.
